A Surprise (and a Good One)

Due to technical difficulties, this post has been a while in coming... however, Hi! Today I shall tell you about my surprise party. On the 27th July I was invited to bake at the Howarth's place. Being the innocent person I was, I accepted without the least bit of suspicion. I never saw it coming. When I saw shadows crouching behind the hedge, I thought, "what on earth? This couldn't possibly be a... oh."
My goodness. I can't even begin to express how happy I am with my friends. I had no idea they were capable of such kindness. My mistake. They are just so wonderful thinking of this (you know who you are)! Just the thing to make me realize how much God cares for me by giving me these amazing friends. I love you guys. A whole lot. Thiiiiiiiiiiiis much. *opens arms wide open*
Okay, I'll stop talking now and start showing you some photos, courtesy of Lara Arkinstall. Enjoy!

You girls mean a lot to me. Seriously. xx

Eurgh, I can't actually remember. But I think it was creative :)

There you have it. A bunch of lovely young ladies making a girl's day. I really need to catch up with some of them again, make sure they know they're still loved. (You know who you are again!) Thanks for being so patient! Bon nuit. Auf wiedersehen. Adios.

The Day We Didn't go to the Ekka

Hello everyone. Yes, it's been while. And yes I need to do a blog post on my surprise birthday party. But that will come later! For now, I will let you in on a little adventure a couple of good friends and I had. :)

Contrary to what the title states, we were going to go to the Ekka. Due to circumstances, (boy it was expensive) however, we found ourselves hopping back on the train towards Southbank where we had a beautiful day eating icecream and riding on the ferry.

We were not going to the Ekka, but we were happy about it. :)

Isn't this a nice bike? Annie took a cool photo of that and another recycled bike, has posted it on Instagram missanwyn, so check it out! :D

Yummo. Am I making you jealous? :D

Love this girl! She is beautiful, extremely talented and loving. xx

Love this girl! She is gorgeous, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is very generous.

Chocolates and Antiques

Hi!
Every time I go out with this girl, I take the camera, but no/hardly any photos. This time was no different. We just have far too much to talk about to take photos, so they may not be quite stellar. At least we had a lot of fun! Thanks for the wonderful morning, Petra!

Love you!
We went to Monty's Chocolate shop. So delicious!  Expensive, though. Of course.

We had fun at the antiques shop. It's actually an old theatre, and it's simply crammed with cool things!

The lighting in the theatre was extremely poor, but the sombrero was awesome!

Attentively, comfortably, the friends listened to the lovely sounds floating through the stillness. A sense of peace reigned.

Some Co-opers

Hi all who read my blog! This post is all about some of the friends in my life. Co-op! A place for homeschoolers to come together, laugh, play, be intelligent, and in doing so glorify God.
I haven't done a blog post in such a while, I figured I should probably take the camera along today. Enjoy!

She is a wonderful person full of enthusiasm for Christ. I'm inspired to know her.

Playing rippit is a favourite past time for a typical Homeschooled Co-op goer. :)

Taken just before Connor had his flag ripped out!

All three are wonderful people.

This girl is pretty cool.

Annie took a few photos while making me laugh uproariously.
I love taking the camera to Co-op because there are new things to take photos of each time I go - that is, new expressions, new angles, lighting, things like that. I'll probably be doing more Co-op posts if something new doesn't come up. :)
And let me just say that I miss each of the people who don't go to Co-op this year. I miss you guys very much.
